Full payment must be received before admission to the Conference can be granted.Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card. We will endeavour to respond within three working days.

The attendee cancellation policy is as follows:All registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to attend the Conference due to illness, alterations to or rescheduling of the Conference by SSNO Scientific Symposium 2026, or events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including travel disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest, epidemics, declared or undeclared public health emergencies, or acts of terrorism. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
