Abstract Guidelines

All abstracts must be submitted by Monday, 21 September 2026 [EXTENDED].

Abstracts and presentations must be written in English.

The abstract body is limited to 300 words, excluding the title, author names, and institutional affiliations.

Please do not include tables, graphs, or images in your abstract.

Upon submission, an acknowledgement email will be sent to the registered email address. If you do not receive the acknowledgement email, please contact enquiry@conectere.com.sg.

Authors may revise and resubmit their abstracts until Monday, 21 September 2026 [EXTENDED].

The mode of presentation will be determined by the Scientific Committee during the abstract review process. Authors will be notified of the review outcome via email.

The presenting author is responsible for submitting the abstract.

All presenting authors must register for and pay the registration fee for SSNO Scientific Symposium 2026 by
Wednesday, 7 October 2026. Presenting authors who fail to register by this deadline will have their abstracts withdrawn from the conference programme. -
All abstract submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and notification of the review outcome will be sent to the presenting authors.

Awards and prizes will be presented on the final day of the conference. Authors must be present to receive their awards.

Submission of an abstract constitutes the author's consent to have their accepted work presented at SSNO Scientific Symposium 2026.
